The Singlish! app is published by the Toothbrush Island Software Company Pty Ltd.
The app does not transfer information off your devices unless you explicitly choose where and when to do so.
Except for lyrics you enter into the first page, the app does not retain information. It contains no analytics libraries and no advertising.
In these specific cases, and in no other cases, our organisation collects and retains your information:
-
Crash and Usage Reports Shared with App Developers.
If you consented when setting up your device, we receive anonymised crash and usage data through Apple’s system-wide analytics collection mechanism in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can disable this system-wide mechanism through the “Share with App Developers” switch in the "Privacy ... Analytics & Improvements" section of the Settings app, on the Home Screen of your device.
-
Email you send us.
We read and retain email sent to us, unless you ask us to delete it.
-
Feedback through a beta testing program.
If you join our beta testing program (via TestFlight), we receive aggregated usage statistics (how many times anyone used the app) and anonymised individual crash reports (each report shows what the app was doing at the moment it crashed, but does not send any of the data the app was operating on, so your documents remain private).
If you take a screenshot while testing the app and deliberately send it to us, we receive the screenshot, your message, and basic information about what kind of device you were using and what operating system version it was running.
We appreciate your feedback, use it to improve our products and retain it indefinitely.

Our web site.
Our web hosting service (DreamHost in Los Angeles) records details of each access to our web site. These details include the network address, type of web browser and which web pages were accessed. We do not intentionally associate this access log data with you personally. It is used to diagnose problems with our website, and is normally deleted within four days of the access. We do not use cookies or other tracking mechanisms.
